This program benefited me immensely, it changed my way of thinking and reacting to everything around me. Its a lesson for a lifetime and its a program that benefits everyone not only for the 10 weeks we learn, it continues throughout our lifetime. It taught me d importance of compassion and empathy. Im very grateful to the almighty first for showing me this program and them to my coach n mentor for creating such a valuable program.
